Delete your HavenHQ account

To request deletion of your HavenHQ account and associated data, email support@havenhq.net from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line "Delete my account."

We will delete your account and all associated data — including your profile, home and task information, and notification preferences — within 30 days of your request.

Some information may be retained for a limited period after deletion where required for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes (for example, billing records related to completed transactions), consistent with our Privacy Policy.
